Corrections Policy

Health 24 is committed to maintaining clear, useful, and trustworthy content. If we identify a factual error, misleading statement, broken reference, or important omission, we aim to correct it in a transparent and timely way.

Our Commitment

We take meaningful errors seriously. When an issue is confirmed, we will update, clarify, or correct the page as appropriate.

What Counts as a Correction

  • Incorrect facts, dates, definitions, or medical terminology.
  • Misleading wording that could change the meaning of the content.
  • Broken, incorrect, or inappropriate internal references.
  • Important omissions that materially affect reader understanding.
  • Outdated information that should reasonably be updated.

Types of Changes We May Make

  • Minor edit: small grammar, formatting, or readability change that does not alter meaning.
  • Correction: a factual or meaningful change that improves accuracy.
  • Clarification: new wording added to prevent misunderstanding.
  • Substantive update: a broader revision due to new evidence, improved structure, or major content improvement.
  • Retraction or removal: used when content is materially flawed or no longer appropriate to keep live in its current form.

How to Report an Issue

If you believe a page contains an error, please email support@health-24.org and include:

  • The URL of the page.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • If possible, the sentence or section that should be reviewed.
  • Any supporting source or explanation you would like us to consider.

How We Review Reports

  1. We log the report and review the affected page.
  2. We compare the claim against relevant sources and current page context.
  3. We revise the page if a correction or clarification is warranted.
  4. We may also update related pages if the issue affects more than one page.

Transparency

Where appropriate, substantive changes may be reflected through an updated date, revised wording, or a note that the page has been reviewed. Minor edits that do not affect meaning may be made without a formal note.
